Food Collection Acknowledgement and Waiver

By accessing, collecting, accepting, or consuming food and other items from Community Pantry by Melton Montessori, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Community Pantry by Melton Montessori is a charitable community initiative providing donated food and household items free of charge to individuals and families in need.
• All food and goods are accepted voluntarily and at my own risk.
• While reasonable efforts are made to inspect donated items and remove visibly unsuitable products, Community Pantry by Melton Montessori cannot guarantee the quality, freshness, suitability, safety, allergen content, or condition of any donated food or goods.
• I understand that some products may have been donated by third parties, manufacturers, retailers, community members, or food rescue organisations.
• It is my responsibility to inspect all food and goods before use or consumption and to determine whether they are suitable for myself and my family.
• If I have allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, or concerns regarding food safety, I acknowledge that I am responsible for checking all packaging, ingredients, and product information before consuming any item.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Community Pantry by Melton Montessori, Melton Montessori, its volunteers, employees, committee members, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness, injury, allergic reaction, or other adverse outcome arising from the collection, use, or consumption of any food or goods provided.
• I understand that Community Pantry by Melton Montessori reserves the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or withdraw items at its discretion.
• By proceeding to collect food or goods, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
